Outdoor Paint-Spray Booths

Outdoor paint spray booths are an excellent design for use where limited floor space might prohibit the installation of an indoor spray booth. These booths are engineered to resist wind, snow and seismic forces for compliance with your local building codes.

Outdoor booths may be free-standing buildings or designed to fit as an insert within an outdoor shell. Outdoor booths can be manufactured in downdraft, side-downdraft and crossdraft designs with either a dry-arrestor or waterwash system.

Our outdoor booths consist of the following specifications:

• Heavy-duty 12" I_Beams through the entire building providing maximum structural integrity
• Inside booth panels are constructed of 18-gauge galvanized sheet metal and are flanged and bolted from the outside in order to provide a smooth, clean working surface
• Purlins and girts are used to provide maximum strength and support for the roof and siding
• 24- and 26-gauge pre-finished "Galvalume" siding with a 20-year factory warranty
• Fiberglass insulation throughout the walls
• Fluorescent light fixtures with inside access to light bulbs
• Optional air-replacement systems and control packages
