Binks Boss

Binks has announced the Boss™ pump, built to last longer than any existing pumps on the market now, when used for high-volume dispensing of filled polyester resin and catalyst material. Tub and shower manufacturers will see a marked improvement in production output and consistency, as the Binks Boss™ pump provides faster dispensing and longer continuous operation than any current pump products.

The Binks Boss™ pump provides unparalleled high-volume dispensing capability. It's standard output is rated at 5gpm at 20 cycles/minute, with a maximum dispensing capability of 15 gallons per minute. Standard two-component pumps typically output two to four gallons per minute.

The Binks Boss™ also provides uninterrupted operation that exceeds any existing pump on the market today. When tested at one facility over an eight-month period, the Binks Boss™ ran continuously and exceeded their expectations by pumping a tremendous amount of resin with no downtime on the resin pump. Typical repairs on existing pumps are expected every three-four weeks in a similar application. By using a Binks Boss™ Pump, this could extend pump durability up to ten times greater than standard pumps.
