AW ACM Mass/Coriolis flow meter

The ACM line of mass Coriolis flow meters are superior process control tools that allow real-time measurement of density and flow in liquids, slurries and gases. The ACM mass Coriolis line features excellent accuracy and large turndowns in single or dual tube designs. The mass Coriolis flow meter features no moving parts and smooth flow tubes constructed of 316 stainless steel, resulting in a design that is easy to clean and maintain. As material flows through the mass Coriolis flow meter, the flow tube is vibrated and the resulting Coriolis forces are measured to determine mass flow rate and density.

AW JVK Positive Displacement Flow Meter

The JVK Positive Displacement Flow Meter is designed to meet the demands of chemical and other harsh fluid metering applications that stainless steel or aluminum meters can’t handle. Featuring thermoplastic materials of construction such as Kynar, Teflon and ceramic, these flow meters will provide accurate, reliable performance for an economical price. The JVK flow meters feature a non-intrusive sensor and a magnet-free gear design. These flow meters are an excellent choice for chemical dosing and D.I. water applications, but will handle a wide range of fluids in systems up to 500 PSI. The flow meters simple sleeve bearing design is easy to flush and easy to maintain.

AW: TGM Thermal Mass Flow Meter

TGM Thermal Mass flow meter- air and he TGM Thermal Mass Flow Meter is suited for the mass measurement of pure, non-aggressive gases and gas mixtures. The TGM thermal mass flow meter series has flow ranges are from 0.1 to 150 kg/hour, connections are Ermeto threads, pressure rating is 145 PSI, temperature range is -22° to 150° F with linearity of +/- 2% of actual flow. The TGM Thermal Mass flow meter includes a heated sensor element that is cooled by the gas flow. The result of the temperature difference is in proportion with the gas mass flow and therefore a standard for the flow rate. The integral electronics provide a flow-proportional frequency or analog signal.

AW: TRG-1100 series Turbine Flow Meters

The TRG-1100 series of turbine flow meters are designed for industrial and laboratory measurement of water, solvents and other low viscosity fluids. The TRG-1100 turbine flow meters feature a 316 stainless steel body and a tungsten carbide bearing, the TRG-1100 turbine flow meters offer good accuracy and reliability with very little pressure drop. The standard turbine flow meters feature threaded or flanged end connections.
