Binks Model Airless-1

The Airless 1 is a lightweight, drop-forged, manual spray gun used for applying various maintenance and decorative finishes. It features a stainless steel head and fluid passages, ball-type fluid valve, removable valve assembly, tungsten carbide seat and built-in diffuser. The thumb-operated safety trigger lock permits one hand locking, unlocking and triggering. A tip guard is included for added safety.

Binks Model Airless-1M

Similar to the Airless 1, the Airless 1M is designed for the application of abrasives and high viscosity fluids such as plastics, adhesives, sound deadeners as well as conventional paints and coatings. Its fluid head can be rotated 180 degrees.

Binks Model 550 (Airless Automatic)

The Model 550 is used to spray protective coatings such as lacquers, enamels, water-based emulsions, mold release agents and sound deadeners. It is equipped with a tip guard, stainless steel fluid passages,and forged aluminum body. The Model 550 features an actuating air pressure of 40-60 PSI and may be installed in any of four positions to facilitate fluid hose connection.

Graco Contractor Airless Spray Gun

The Graco "Contractor" airless spray features a 2-finger trigger design, is light-weight and rugged. It features an exclusive needle design, eliminating a requirement for trigger adjustments, and a trigger spring that is outside the fluid path for a precise, consistent shut-off, even with thick paints. Easy to service in the field, with easy-out replaceable gun filter located in the gun's handle, easily detached without tools. Maximum spray pressure: 5000psi

AFS stocks the model that includes a 517 RAC-IV (black handle) spray tip.

Graco's XTR-7 airless spray guns are the ideal choice for high-solids and plural-component coatings. The compact, lightweight design offers flexibility in hard-to-reach places and is ideal for spraying primers, epoxies, urethanes and fire-retardant coatings. Includes a GHD-519 Heavy-Duty spray tip.
