Nordson Vantage Fluidized Hopper System

Exceptional value and production-proven performance in an easy-to-use, rugged and reliable manual powder coating system. The Vantage manual spray gun is lightweight, compact, yet exceptionally rugged and reliable, to provide optimum operator comfort and control, while withstanding tough conditions in a typical powder coating production environment.

The fluidized hopper model provides consistent delivery with powders that are typically more difficult to fluidize and spray, including textures and metallics. The hopper also disassembles easily for color change.

Nordson Prodigy Manual Gun System

Uses Prodigy™ High Density Low Velocity (HDLV™) dense phase pumping technology--the Prodigy HDLV pump ensures constant powder output over time without the need for venturis. The resulting powder cloud has high concentration of powder, very little air, creating a soft spray pattern and increasing transfer efficiency. Features a stylish interface with easy to use graphical interface with selectable language, automatic Feedback Control (AFC) and Select-Charge® functions allowing operators to optimise performance across a range of products types. Color change button automatically purge-cleans the whole system, including the pump, and the system has 10 user configurable presets.

An AFS green product, the Prodigy can help you manage usage of your powder more economically, through much greater transfer efficiency for less material usage.
