HVLP Air Spray
Dux Pressure Feed Manual Spray Gun
Typically used in industrial environments where large quantities of the same coatings are sprayed throughout the day, this product receives both atomizing air and fluid through the base of the gun for better balance and ease of use.
An AFS Green Product, DUX spray guns use lower operating pressures, which decreases booth fog and overspray, creating a healthier work environment. Because less material is wasted, fewer VOCs and other hazardous pollutants are released into the atmosphere, therefore, reducing regulatory burdens.
HVLP Air Spray
Dux Gravity-Feed Manual Spray Gun
Used when smaller quantities of coating or more frequent material changes are required, this version of the DUX spray gun is designed with a center mounted fluid cup and a shorter barrel than competing guns. This allows it to fit into tight spaces while maintaining a balanced and lightweight feel for the operator.

Used with robotic applicators or reciprocators, this version of the DUX gun is mounted directly to automated spray equipment. Its compact design leads to a nearly 25% reduction in weight over other automatic guns, resulting in less component fatigue on reciprocators and robotics equipment.

Uses Prodigy™ High Density Low Velocity (HDLV™) dense phase pumping technology--the Prodigy HDLV pump ensures constant powder output over time without the need for venturis. The resulting powder cloud has high concentration of powder, very little air, creating a soft spray pattern and increasing transfer efficiency. Features a stylish interface with easy to use graphical interface with selectable language, automatic Feedback Control (AFC) and Select-Charge® functions allowing operators to optimise performance across a range of products types. Color change button automatically purge-cleans the whole system, including the pump, and the system has 10 user configurable presets.
